Natural Latex Allergy

All of our products are manufactured from the finest natural latex. As such, there is a potential for allergic reaction for anyone who has an allergy to this natural latex and comes into contact with our products.

Please ensure that you, the consumer, are aware of this potential problem before making your purchase, as Latex Toronto Ltd. will not accept any liability what so ever for any problems arising as a result of this.

 

Care of Latex Garments

A little extra care will keep your latex clothing in good condition and prolong its life.

The following simple advice will help:

1) Before attempting to put the garment on ensure that the inside is well talced. Pull on gently, taking care that fingernails, rings, etc. do not snag the material.

2) Always store your clothing at normal room temperature. Cold temperatures will make the material less supple.

3) Do not expose the product to sunlight for long periods as the ultraviolet light will cause deterioration. When the item is not in use keep it in a closed drawer or something similar.

4) If you need to wash the garment use warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and hang up to dry. Turn inside out after a short period. The process can be completed by drying with gentle heat (ex. dryer, low setting).

5) After drying thoroughly the material can be made to shine with the application of a silicone spray, applied sparingly. Polish with a soft dry cloth.

Please allow four to six weeks for delivery. Items stocked in Canada will be shipped within 48 hours. These figures are an estimate only. Most customers receive their packages in less time. Please contact us if you require a rush delivery. Delivery times for special order items will vary.

All products are shipped via Canada Post, and come in discreet packaging that will not disclose the nature of your order.

Special Delivery Service

We offer a speical 'to your door' delivery service for those living in Toronto... Didn't get your order in on time? Don't worry about it. Door to door delivery will get your order to you faster!

So don't be surprised if you get a visit from Lady Latex....!

Boundaries for delivery: North (Lawrence Ave), East (Warden Ave), South (Lake Ontario), West (Bathurst St). If you live outside of this area please contact us for a quote.

Exchange & Return Policy

While we do strive to provide an excellent product and good customer service, we do not give refunds.

Due to the personal nature of our products and the associated hygiene issues, products can not be returned unless defective and unworn.

In the unlikely event that you, the consumer, receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If necessary, we will instruct you on how to return your defective item. Returned items will be immediately inspected and if it is confirmed to be a manufacturer’s defect a replacement item will be shipped to you without charge.

In the event that the problem is not considered a manufactures defect the item can be returned to you. Please Note: A handling fee of $10.00 and all associated re-shipping costs will be required to be paid by you, the consumer, before your product is returned.

A product is not classed as defective if it has been used in any other way than is intended, has not been maintained properly, or in the event that it is accidentally damaged by, but not limited to, dropping or misuse, water or moisture, incompatible lubricants, etc.

There are no returns on adult toys.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations which are attempted after processing has been completed will be subject to a 15% re-stocking/cancellation fee.

Cancellations attempted after the product has been shipped will result in you, the consumer, having to pay the shipping and handling charges, the cost of the return shipping, and a re-stocking/cancellation fee of 15%.

Packages that are returned to us as unclaimed or refused which have incurred return shipping costs will be billed to your credit card. A re-stocking/cancellation fee of 15% will also be charged.
